Needs-based support for refugees with disabilities: second phase
Continuing targeted support for refugees with disabilities and chronic health conditions.
About the project
Support included access to medical and rehabilitation services, medicines, assistive equipment, adapted transport and psychological and legal help.
In one reporting period of the joint IOM programme, 286 refugees received medicines, hygiene items, equipment and transport support. In the Transnistrian region, 86 people received legal or temporary protection registration support and 202 received support to register with a family doctor, including transport. These figures belong to the joint IOM programme, of which OSORC is a partner.
